AP summer reading

Those enrolled in Honors English IV next year should read one of the following:

DAVID COPPERFIELD by Charles Dickens,
SILAS MARNER by George Eliot,
THE SOUND AND THE FURY by William Faulkner,
BRIDESHEAD REVISITED by Evelyn Waugh,
CANDIDE by Voltaire,
THE POWER AND THE GLORY by Graham Greene,
A PASSAGE TO INDIA by Forster,
or MADAME BOVARY by Flaubert;

in addition, everyone should read

EVERYTHING THAT RISES MUST CONVERGE by O'Connor
and HEDDA GABLER by Ibsen.

Students will be tested over their reading when they return in the fall.
